The Four Seasons

Oh, Happy Day! Weddings like Anna & Steven’s remind me again why I love my job so much. From the dress (nothing short of BREATHTAKING) and the precious flower girls to the millions of personal touches by Mother of the Bride …and of course the gorgeous couple, this was one of those days that just made everyone smile with love.

The weather was perfect and our ceremony sat on the beautiful lawn of the Four Seasons overlooking Lady Bird Lake where arriving guests were greeted with fans, bubbles, parasols and sugar rimmed glasses of ice cold lemonade complete with a mint sprig. After the ceremony guests were guided to the Ballroom Terrace to enjoy amazing passed appetizers & a grazing station as well as (my favorite) Chocolatinis!

As the sun began to set and cocktail hour ended, the party moved into our dinner tent. The guests dined on an enormous variety of food from four stations varying from salads to tenderloin, sliders and sea bass.

Late night guests enjoyed cordials and Cuban Cigars on the terrace under the clear Texas sky with the stars shining above. What a great way to cap off a perfect evening. Steven & Anna left under a shower of rose petals to start their new lives together.

Anna & Steven: thank you for allowing me to be a part of this amazing union of two wonderful people! I feel so lucky to have met you both and thoroughly enjoyed every part of being on your team and meeting your families. Here’s to the rest of your lives together and many more Happy Days to come.
